You're in the Right Place.

You didn't choose this journey, but you don't have to figure it out alone.

Kids Migraine Navigator was created to help parents understand childhood migraine with clear education, practical strategies, and compassionate support from someone who has lived this journey as a pediatric headache nurse, a migraine patient, and a parent.

Whether you're waiting months to see a specialist, feeling overwhelmed by treatment options, or simply wondering if you're doing enough, you're in the right place.

I See You.

When your child has migraines, life changes for the whole family.

You become the scheduler, the medication manager, the advocate, and the safe place your child turns to when another migraine begins.

You're the one wondering whether today will be a good day or another migraine day.

You celebrate the good days, grieve the hard days, and often feel helpless because you can't take the pain away.

You may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or question whether you're doing enough.

I want you to know this: You're not alone.

That's why I created Kids Migraine Navigator: so you don't have to figure this journey out by yourself.

Hi, I'm Jenine

For the past seven years, I've had the privilege of caring for hundreds of children and families navigating childhood migraine as a pediatric headache nurse.

I've also lived with migraine myself and supported my own daughter through her migraine journey.

Like many parents, I know what it's like to want answers, feel overwhelmed, and wish someone had explained it all sooner.

That's why I created Kids Migraine Navigator.

My goal is simple: to help you better understand childhood migraine, feel confident supporting your child, and know you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
